Challenge & Solution

The legacy site suffered from a cluttered interface and a rigid checkout process, which led to high drop-off rates among younger, mobile-first coffee drinkers. Despite the tight timeline and complex organizational structure, we launched a premium D2C experience that successfully introduced Juan Valdez to the American market.
